Professional Background
Prior to founding Linkage in 1988, Phil held senior management positions at Keane, Inc. and Raytheon, both in the United States and abroad. As a member of the executive team at Keane, Phil helped the company become one of the fastest growing, most successful, and largest software companies in the world. It was at this time that he formulated his process for helping executives develop their own system of leading. This system helps leaders combine a clear perspective with building knowledge, skills and tools to increase efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and innovation in their work. He also served on the faculty and as a senior administrator for Boston University. Phil has received three advanced degrees at Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College. While at Harvard, Phil studied under worldwide experts in human behavior and completed a doctorate under the advisement of Chris Argyris, the foremost authority on organizational behavior. |
